Pre-Sales Manager

We are looking for Pre-Sales Manager to join our team in Beijing. As a member of our Beijing team you will work with experienced engineers in automotive industry and will develop yourselves deep into this area.



  • Deeply understand the requirements of the customers, insight the industrial trend by customer visit, collecting and analyzing all marketing information
  • Create co-operative business plans with service providers and their partners, help to define new business models and support product features
  • Be capable to make product and solution design, including configuration, quotation and technical proposal etc.
  • Enhance customer relationships by professional solution sales capability and impact the customer to accept our product and solutions
  • Manage all activities and coordinate between in-tech and existing and new accounts
  • Promote full range of in-tech services and solutions to defined customers
  • Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations
  • Establish new partnerships and develop more partners with Key Account manager and Technical Director



  • Familiar with OEM, Tier 1&2 Automotive technologies such as Bus Systems and Architecture (AUTOSAR) and market environment
  • Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to design the desired solution
  • 5 years direct Pre-Sales experience with a proven track record in an international Solution and / or equipment company
  • Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management at Head of Department and technical level
  • Proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic enterprise accounts
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
